Most orders are shipped out within 2-3 business days.
I do have a 10-business day shipping time posted in case I'm away or extra busy!! I am a one woman business! Sometimes I take longer.
IF a package arrives to you and appears damaged PLEASE REFUSE the package and have it returned to sender. If you open the package and there is damaged items, Damaged packages must be reported to me within 48 hours of delivery. Please include a picture of the damaged items!
I use delivery confirmation and insure all packages. Once a package has been scanned as delivered to the shipping address provided, Valerie's Uncommon Scents is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier (USPS) directly to file a claim.
Combining orders to save shipping: I can not add to an order so you have to place another order if you want to add more items. I can not guarantee I will combine the shipping and ship all together.
If 2 orders can be shipped together I will refund HALF of the second shipping as store credit and ship together.

VERY VERY IMPORTANT!!! I ALWAYS Personally answer each and every email usually within a few hours...just about always in the same day. IF YOU DO NOT GET A RESPONSE check your email bulk/Spam folder or settings my responses may be blocked by your email settings. Yahoo loves to put my emails in peoples bulk folder.
PLEASE DO NOT EMAIL ME on EBAY! I can not discuss sales here over there....I can lose my account at ebay. So I will not respond to questions about sales from here. Thank you for understanding.
Allergic reactions:
My products are made with fresh quality ingredients. HOWEVER, everyone's skin is differently and it can not be predicted if a reaction may occur. I will not be held liable for any allergic reaction/medical condition from my products. If you have sensative skin avoid spicy scents. If irritation does occur, please discontinue use and contact your physician.
lotion/soap is brown/yellow:
Fragrances containing vanilla can turn the cream/lotion to a light pink/brown....This is NOT harmful. There are chemicals I could use to prevent this natural reaction but I choose to not load up my creams and lotions with chemicals that are unneeded.
DESIGNER TYPE SCENTS:
Dupes are like that particular brand and are not always exact. Due to strict trademark policies I renamed some designer like perfume oils.

These versions are NOT to be confused with the originals and Valerie's Uncommon Scents has no affiliation with the manufacturer/designer. This is our interpretation of these fragrances and the description is to give the customer an idea of scent character, not to mislead, confuse the customer or infringe on the manufacturers/designers name and valuable trademark. These oils are types not exact duplicates.
